Wings of Aid & Peace (WAP) is seeking a qualified and motivated Programme Officer to support the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of humanitarian programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with programme teams, partners and communities to ensure activities are delivered effectively, responsibly and in line with humanitarian principles, organisational policies and programme objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in humanitarian or development programmes.
Experience in programme implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with communities, partners and programme teams.
Good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of humanitarian principles and safeguarding is an advantage.
